At 4th Street Studio is especially beneficial to artists who are ready to take their work to the next level and/or to enter the retail market., We are constantly looking for emerging & established artists to share our space.

Membership Rates:

Memberships to the Fourth Street Studio are available on a month-to-month or a six month contract basis. Monthly dues can be secured by credit card (auto pay).

Month-to-Month
Adults (18 and over): $250/ month
plus one-day-a-month Volunteer Commitment

6 month committment
Adults (18 and over):

$225 / month
plus one-day-a-month Volunteer Commitment

Commission:

Members receive 80% of the sale

If you have scheduled a member interview, we request that you come prepared with a

  1. Brief biography
  2. Artist statement
  3. Six samples of your finished work, preferably originals (no slides, please). Other work can be viewed online or in photographs
